Il est facile de se laisser distraire lorsque notre vie est rythm\u00e9e par un emploi du temps charg\u00e9, un manque de sommeil et un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit constamment tourn\u00e9 sur ce que l&rsquo;on fera ensuite, tout \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure, ce soir, demain etc. Si c&rsquo;est notre norme, nous nous rendons involontairement sourds aux signaux importants que nous envoie notre corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00catre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de son corps n&rsquo;est pas chose ais\u00e9e, surtout si nous avons perdu confiance en notre corps ou si nous ne nous sentons pas en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans notre corps. Il est possible de reconstruire cette relation avec notre corps lentement, \u00e0 petits pas, au fil du temps, et de r\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 lui faire confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Commencez par vous accorder 5 minutes par jour. Incluez cela dans votre routine matinale, votre pause d\u00e9jeuner, ou tout autre moment de votre journ\u00e9e o\u00f9 vous pouvez prendre juste 5 minutes pour ralentir et sentir votre corps. Placez vos mains sur votre corps pour faire un scan : remarquez les sensations, les \u00e9motions, la tension, l&rsquo;aisance, votre respiration, ce que vous ne percevez pas, ce que vous percevez en abondance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une habitude \u00e0 mettre en place, et \u00e7a en vaut la peine, car cette pratique peut vous apporter de nombreuses et pr\u00e9cieuses informations, pr\u00e9lude \u00e0 la joie et \u00e0 la compassion.
